EDCT 5499 - Having Hard Conversations featuring Jen Abrams

Course Description

This course explores the steps and tools needed to engage in a hard conversation. It teaches ways in which people can confront uncomfortable behaviors, ideas, and policies while maintaining professionalism and focusing on the real problems and not the personalities. Participants will identify a hard conversation they need to have and work through the process completing the preparation steps, from identifying the problem, to completing an Outcome Map, to writing a Script.
