Instructions For Submitting Grades 

  • Log in to the Instructor Portal and select ‘Courses’ from the left side of the screen
  • Click your course and section number from the list (Credit sections have a 5000 level course number, and clock hour sections have a subject code of "CEU")
  • Select ‘Grading Sheet’ on the left side of the screen
  • Use the drop-down menu to assign each student’s grade
    • For courses offered for credit, the appropriate grades are A through E or Pass/No Credit. A grade of Pass is equivalent to a letter grade of C or better, while an ‘NC’ is equal to a C- or less.

    • For courses offered for clock hours, the appropriate assessments are ‘EU’ for Earned Units if the student attended all required hours or ‘NU’ if they did not attend all required hours. Please note that students need to have attended all the hours indicated in order to earn the units. Partial clock hours are not available.

    • If the course has a specific start and end date for all students, leave completion date blank as it is automatically assigned as the closing date of the course. Please enter of the students grades in one sitting and don't not leave any students ungraded.
    • If the course is self-paced with varying completion dates, enter the date the participant submitted their final coursework as the completion date.
  • Click on ‘Instructor Approved’ for each grade
  • Click on ‘Save
