Course Description

This introductory course gives participants the opportunity to investigate meditation as a method to change habitual ways of reacting to stress and workplace behavioral issues. Through research regarding how meditation changes the mind and by practicing methods to find one that works for each student, this class enables each participant to experience awareness of changing themselves in a loving a compassionate way so they can bring calmness and more awareness to themselves and others.
