Course Description

While race and culture remain important variables in how young people experience schools, they are often misunderstood by educators and school personnel. This course shows how adopting greater awareness and comprehensive understanding of race and culture can improve educational outcomes.  It includes key aspects of successful strategies and recommendations for tackling the many challenges of implementing effective school change.  Suitable for all grade levels.
