Curate your own professional success with a strong personal brand, effective interpersonal skills, and financial literacy. This two-part series is all about putting your best professional foot forward to ensure you’re successful in any business setting through the use of proper etiquette, communication and interactions within a diverse professional setting. 

Course Outline

This course is organized into a series of modules, with each module dedicated to a specific competency. Upon successful completion of each module, learners will be able to demonstrate mastery in the following areas:

Module 1: Personal Branding

Create a positive first impression in professional settings.

Module 2: Effective Communication

Communicate effectively across forms of communication and types of professional conversations.

Module 3: Diversity  

Identify benefits of working respectfully with diversity in a professional setting.

Module 4: Work Space Etiquette

Align work behavior to the expectations of a professional office setting.

Module 5: Etiquette Beyond the Office

Understand etiquette for offsite meetings, happy hours, and other outings.

Module 6: Personal Budget Management

Create basic strategies for budgeting and managing personal income.

Module 7: Financial Investing

Recognize risks and rewards associated with different investment strategies.
