Course Description

This is a great book for current leaders, or those who might aspire to be leaders someday, in grades K-12 and beyond. The authors, Anthony Muhammad and Luis F. Cruz, are both renowned educators and presenters who worked closely with Richard and Rebecca DuFour and their company, Solution Tree. They explain the 4 skills that are requisite for leaders who want to transform their schools or districts into successful organizations where staff members trust the leadership and are willing to make important investments that will ultimately lead to improved student outcomes.
