Change of Personal Information 

Users may submit a request to update their personal information within the Banner Information System (SSB). 

  1. Go to Seattle Pacific's Banner Information System
  2. Enter your SPU username with @spu.edu at the end (USERNAME@spu.edu)
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click on the four-square icon at the top left of the page to use the menu system in the Banner application
  5. Click Banner
  6. Click Student Forms

To request a Name Change update:

  • Click on the Change of Directory Information Form.
  • Complete the form and upload the required documentation

To update Address, Email, or Phone:

  • Click Personal Menu
  • Click Personal Information Menu
  • Click on the profile information you would like to update
  • Update the information and click Submit
