Change of Personal Information 

Users may submit a request to update their personal information within the Banner Information System (SSB). 
  1. Log in to Banner Information System with your user account. 
  2. Select the Personal Menu tab. 
  3. Select the Personal Information Menu. 
  4. Select the Change of Directory Information Form
  5. Complete the information that needs to be updated and attach any required documentation per the instructions in the form.
