NAEYC Credit or Clock Hour Assignment Submission

To submit your documentation assignment for 1 or 2 5000-level graduate credits OR 10 or 20 clock hours through Seattle Pacific University for attendance of the NAEYC Annual Conference 2022, please use this online submission portal. 

DIRECTIONS: 

1. Download and complete your assignment--Please type or neatly print your information on this document.

2. Double-check that you have completed all assignment requirements, including the cover sheet (page 1) 
3. Click the blue "Apply Now" button to complete the assignment submission and upload process. 

Submission must be neat and legible. We recommend making a photocopy for your records. The deadline to register is November 19th, 2022, at 11:59 PST, but assignments will be accepted through DECEMBER 19th, 2022. 

• Registrants for Graduate-level credit that do not submit the required assignments by the deadline will receive an NC on their SPU transcript. NC stands for No Credit but will not calculate into a GPA.
• Registrants for Clock Hours that do not submit the clock hour documentation by the deadline will receive an NU, which means No Clock hours earned.
