In this hands-on course, educators will explore the powerful connection between mindfulness, social-emotional learning (SEL), and creative expression through artmaking. Participants will learn practical art and SEL techniques that help calm the mind, nurture emotional well-being, and inspire creativity - adaptable for students of all ages and for a teacher's own self-care.

Course is self-paced. Completion time: up to one year from date of enrollment.
