By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

- Identify and analyze the effects of competitive stress and anxiety as these factors relate to motivation and subsequent success for the participant.

- Analyze and apply sound psychological principles as useful vehicles not only for the purpose of improving athletic performance but also general human performance enhancement.
