Course Description

Why do some athletes push through failure while others give up? How can coaches create an environment where the drive to succeed outweighs the fear of failing? This course explores the psychology of persistence, mental toughness, and peak performance, equipping coaches with practical strategies to develop these traits in their athletes. Through real-life case studies, applied activities, and mindset training, you'll learn how to cultivate resilience and confidence in competitive settings. By the end of the course, you’ll be prepared to inspire athletes to reach new levels of achievement they may never have thought possible.

Testimonials

Great course. Found many things that will help me and my staff be better coaches all around.  Pennsylvania

I enjoyed specifically thinking about the mind of an athlete and how to lead them as a coach in a way that can lead to greater success individually and as a teammate. I look forward to incorporating some of the things I learned in the course into coaching.     Georgia
