Course Description

Embracing a holistic health and wellness plan as an educator can improve your physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being both inside and outside of school. This reflective course provides the ideas and guidance you need to support you on your wellness journey, including a framework and tools to address the stress that impacts daily life for the majority of educators

Learner Outcomes

By the end of the course participants will be able to: 

  • Identify and evaluate the number of decisions you make in a day
  • Identify and evaluate daily tasks that deplete your energy
  • Evaluate the success and quality of problem-solving
  • Utilize and evaluate mindfulness practices

A link to the Armchair Ed course assignments and exams will be included in the registration confirmation and receipt email that will be automatically sent to students immediately upon completion of the registration process. Any required textbooks must be purchased separately.
