Course Description

Based on brain research and authentic classroom experience, this course will help you get back to the optimism of teaching by reconnecting with the possibility of each student. From classroom practice to system-wide policies, educators will find strategies for shifting the way we approach teaching to cultivate the gifts each student has to offer. The course helps educators discover a team-oriented approach for reshaping classrooms into spaces where each student is seen, valued, and empowered to learn. Practical strategies and tools embolden educators to create inclusive learning environments built on dignity, authenticity, and connection.
