The core body is the center for strength and movement and acts as the foundation for the body. A strong core body will enhance overall health and performance related to movement and athletics. It will also help in injury prevention and protection of the spine. This course will provide participants the opportunity to learn strategies and training methodology related to core body strength and to develop and implement core body training programs.
