Course Description

The development of strength is an essential component of the physical education program as well as athletics. Proper training and a well designed program will enhance a student's level of fitness and performance. This course is designed to introduce proper strength training methodology and strategies in developing successful training programs, individual training sessions and exercise selection. Participants will review, analyze, evaluate and create strength training programs. They will also learn to select specific exercises for individual and sport specific development.

Course is self-Paced. Completion time: up to one year from date of enrollment.
