Testimonials

“I really enjoyed this deep dive into mindfulness and expect to fold it into my lifestyle permanently.” —TINT Student

“After working through this class thus far I have learned many new techniques in mindful breathing, eating, and walking. Also how to incorporate those into my practice as an educator and as a mother of young children.” —TINT Student

“I’ve really enjoyed exploring the practices that come with mindfulness and I have even shared some things with colleagues that seemed interested. It's also helped me understand just how many people have already incorporated it into their lives and how much it has benefited them. I look forward to continuing to explore it with them and on my own.” —TINT Student
